Paper Birch Bonsai Tree (Betula Papyrifera)

Paper Birch Bonsai Tree (Betula Papyrifera)

The Paper Birch, also known as Canoe Birch, is a standout among native birch trees. Its bark, smooth and chalk-white, peels away in papery layers, adding a unique aesthetic appeal. The tree boasts a golden fall color, making it a delightful outdoor spectacle.

This deciduous bonsai, aged 10 years and standing 12-13" tall, has been carefully grown and trained. It's an outdoor bonsai tree that thrives in the open air.

A suitable humidity/drip tray is recommended for optimal growth, available at a small additional cost.

Shipping details: The tree may be shipped with mature, turning, and transitioning foliage in late summer (August), a normal annual process as the tree prepares for dormancy. During autumn and winter, it may be shipped with no foliage. Fear not, as the tree will emerge from dormancy and re-grow foliage in early Spring.
