Ginseng Ficus Bonsai Tree Large (Ficus Retusa)

The Ginseng Ficus Bonsai Tree, also known as Banyan Fig and Taiwan Ficus, is a sight to behold. This particular variety, the Retusa, boasts small, dark green leaves that alternate up the stem, presenting a more oval shape than the Benjamina. The bark ranges from grey to reddish, dotted with small horizontal flecks, creating a pattern reminiscent of tiger markings. All Ginseng Ficus Bonsai Trees have heavy trunks with exposed aerial roots, adding to their unique charm.

This large specimen is 15 years old and stands approximately 15" - 16" tall. It's a perfect indoor bonsai tree, known for its tolerance, versatility, and low maintenance.

The tree is grown and trained with utmost care. To enhance its longevity and maintain its lush appearance, a suitable humidity/drip tray is recommended, available at a small additional cost.
